A non-modifiable version of your project (.bin file).A presentation viewer app for macOS (.app folder).A presentation viewer executable for Windows (.exe file). This command exports the Alpha view of your project as a presentation.Ī presentation is a ZIP archive file containing three things: It is possible to choose whether the match needs to be exact or only partial using the Drawing name matching property. ![]() Capture then uses the Drawing name property of imported objects with the selected column of the data file to find matches. This behaviour is enabled by selecting a column for the Drawing name property of the New fixtures subsection. Optionally, Capture can also replace imported objects in your project file with new fixtures. How to determine the type of fixture to add is decided by the column selected for the Fixture property of the New fixtures subsection. When Capture finds fixtures in the data file that do not exist in your project it can add new fixtures based on the information in the file. This is done with the Identify fixture by dropdown choice. In order for Capture to know whether to update an existing fixture or add a new fixture it is also necessary to select a property by which to uniquely identify fixtures. This is done in the File column mapping section. However, because ultimately any columns may be present in a CSV file it may be necessary to manually map some columns from the CSV file to Capture fixture properties. Because they are text files they can be opened and modified in text editors such as TextEdit or Notepad, but they are more typically produced an consumed by spreadsheet applications such as Numbers or Excel.Ĭapture attempts to configure itself automatically based on the headers Capture uses itself when using the Export Fixture Data command, but also based on headers produced by other popular softwares. This command allows you to import a CSV (and TSV) text files containing fixture instance/patch information which can be used either to add new fixtures to or update existing fixtures in your project.ĬSV files are text files with information structured in a spreadsheet-like manner using (typically) commas as column dividers and linebreaks as row dividers. Once you have identified the fixture types of the file you will see the previously inanimate fixture models exchange for regular Capture fixtures, fully functional and with relevant information such as patch and notes transferred from VectorWorks. At this point you will see VectorWork’s 3D models of the fixtures and be able to select them, but not operate them as Capture does not yet understand that they are fixtures.įinally use the Data Import command to import the “Instrument Data” file previously exported. In Capture, first use the Model Import command to import the DWG file. ![]() Then also export an “Instrument Data” file using the “All” setting which will contain all information about the fixtures in the DWG file such as their fixture type(s) and patch. This workflow does require that you have access to VectorWorks.įirst export a DWG file from VectorWorks which will contain the stage model as well as the model of the fixtures. While Capture does not support VectorWorks (.vwx) model files, it is possible to import a design from VectorWorks including both the model and fixture information. This information can later be useful when replacing imported objects with library fixtures, either manually or using the Import Data feature. When importing models from other file formats attempts to preserve Drawing block name and Drawing name information. Once you have finished, simply close the file you were importing from. When you drag object into your project you have the option of placing them where you put the mouse pointer or at their original position. Its good practice to hit “Update” so the new project gets the same version of fixtures as in the current library. When opening older project files, a window may appear telling you that some fixtures have been updated since the project you are trying to import from. It opens these files in parallell and allows you to copy items into the project you are working with by using the arrow navigator button. This command is used to import models from other file formats as well as importing content from other project files. 3.8.3 Importing exported fixture data in grandMA 2 onPC.

The bee venom has the following brief characteristics: loss of mass when dried, max. The bee venom used in this experiment was from Georgian bees and as purchased from New Technology Laboratory LTD, Georgia ( ). In addition, we confirmed the antioxidant effect, cytotoxicity, effect on inflammatory cytokine release, effect on phosphorylation of IκBα, and effect on β-hexosaminidase release of detoxified bee venom (Table 1). In this study, detoxified bee venom was prepared by removing toxicity while maintaining anti-inflammatory activity of bee venom. In particular, cytokine storms have appeared in severely ill patients with COVID-19, a phenomenon in which normal cells are attacked due to excessive inflammatory reactions. However, excessive inflammatory reactions in abnormal situations can cause various diseases such as cancer, vasculitis, and myocarditis. Inflammatory reactions play an essential role in the survival of the body in an environment that threatens it. These pro-inflammatory cytokines activate immune cells involved in inflammation, play a role in increasing angiogenesis and vascular permeability, and participate in the activity of macrophages. When the inflammatory reaction is stimulated by trigger substances, phagocytes recognize the stimulus through surface receptors and activate signaling pathways through transcription factors, such as nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), to secrete pro-inflammatory cytokines. Depending on the duration, inflammation can be divided into acute inflammation, which occurs over several minutes, and chronic inflammation, which occurs over months to years. The inflammatory reaction rapidly removes pathogenic factors or regenerates damaged tissues, after harmful substances invade a living body or in metabolic disorders and various traumas. Despite the strong pharmacological effects of bee venom, studies on potential beneficial effects have not been conducted much, and studies are needed to overcome these limitations. Serious side effects, such as anaphylaxis, which can lead to death in severe cases, limit the use of bee venom. However, the ingredients of bee venom are also stimulants that cause an inflammatory reaction. Moreover, various studies have shown the antimicrobial and anticancer effects of bee venom, particularly its strong anti-inflammatory activity. Traditional therapy using bee venom has been used to prevent and treat various diseases in humans. The main component of bee venom is melittin, and there are reports of its pharmacological effects. In conclusion, detoxification of bee venom efficiently decreases the adverse effects, making it suitable for medicinal applications.īee venom is a poison that bees secrete from the tips of bee stings to protect their colonies. Taken together, the results indicated that compared to bee venom, detoxified bee venom exhibited decreased cytotoxicity and allergenicity and increased anti-inflammatory activity. Treatment of the detoxified bee venom inhibited inflammatory cytokine mRNA expression, IκBα phosphorylation, and β-hexosaminidase release. Degranulation in RBL-2H3 cells was analyzed through β-hexosaminidase release assay to confirm the allergenic activity of bee venom and detoxified bee venom. The anti-inflammatory activity of detoxified bee venom and bee venom were assessed by comparison of the expression of inflammatory cytokine mRNA and phosphorylation of IκBα in RAW 264.7 cells. Detoxified bee venom showed a strong antioxidant activity and decreased a cytotoxicity in MCF 10A and RAW 264.7 cells. In addition, cytotoxicity was confirmed in MCF 10A and RAW 264.7 cells, using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium, inner salt (MTS) assay. To compare the efficacy of bee venom and detoxified bee venom, we examined their antioxidant effects using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay. In this study, we hydrolyzed melittin, the main component of bee venom, and removed the other components to eliminate the toxicity of bee venom. Therefore, there is a need for research that can remove the cytotoxicity of bee venom and enhance its efficacy. ![]() However, the use of bee venom has shown adverse effects. Car radio antenna booster diy8/18/2023 ![]() This length is ideal for making an FM stereo dipole antenna. Making An FM Folded Dipole AntennaĪ folded FM dipole antenna has a 300-ohm ribbon wire in length attached to the connector terminals of about 300 ohms. A dipole antenna attached in a vertical position works better for FM signal reception. ![]() If you attach the twin flex much closer to your roof, the signals would be distorted, and make sure that there are no metal objects in its path. But the case of attachment of the twin flex is different from an antenna as the height diminishes the signal strength and frequency. The last step is to connect the twin flex wires with the coaxial cable that has already been installed around your house. The knot acts as a source of inductance in the antenna reception frequency, but it is considered to be fine for receiving signals. The two ends of the wires are knotted together, but the length of the loop is not considered in the length of the antenna. The advisable length of wire for each side of the antenna is 70 to 75 cm. The length of wire for an FM dipole antenna is important and should be kept in consideration as because the resonant frequency of the FM broadcast depends highly upon the length of the cable you are using. The uninsulated wires can be used as a feeder for the dipole FM antenna. It is reasonable for use in making a dipole FM antenna.įor this purpose, we can have two insulated wires whose insulation has been ripped off of about 1 inch and the center of the wire should we secure it to prevent the further opening of insulated wires. The twin flex is a feeder for catching radio frequency signals and has a resistance of 70 ohms. The last thing that you need is some connectors that connect the twin flex with the coaxial cable. The third thing that is required is a simple piece of string to secure the two corners of the dipole. The next thing that you would need is some cable wraps that are used to prevent the center of the dipole from opening out. So, you just need to have four things along with you are coaxial cable to make an FM dipole antenna for the stereo receiver successfully at home. Making A Dipole FM Antenna For Stereo Receiver A dipole antenna works at this band range of FM radiofrequency. The frequency of FM broadcast ranges from 87.5 megahertz to 108 megahertz. The length of a dipole antenna is known by the frequency at which it operates. Determining The Length Of A Dipole Antenna There are several ways by which you can make them, and they cost very low. Making a simple DIY dipole antenna is very easy. So, if you want to have FM signals to cover a high range, you need a high-frequency antenna for this purpose. FM antenna provides maximum reception even if you have a small signal range.įM signals need an external antenna for reception because their range is very small, about 50 miles. Just in case if you don't have an internal FM antenna, you can use a dipole antenna that can compensate for the FM signal frequency. Inventory FM catching devices there are internal antennas present with. Some cell phone signal boosters are designed for use in a specific location, such as a home or office, while others are portable and can be used on the go.Dipole antennas are exclusively used for the purpose of reception of FM broadcasts. Boosters also work in reverse, meaning they’ll pull outgoing signals from your cellular devices and rebroadcast them to the closest cell tower. The homemade cell phone signal booster works by amplifying the incoming signal and then transmitting it to the phone, allowing for better reception and improved call quality. They are often used in areas where the cell phone signal is weak or in buildings where the signal is blocked by walls or other obstacles.
